UET Undergraduate Admissions 2019 Guidance and Updates

University of Engineering and Technology, UET Lahore successfully conducted ECAT 2019 for admissions Engineering and Technology programs of UET . The admissions process now begins in UET.  Here is some important information of how to apply for admissions, guidance and updates regarding UET undergraduate admissions 2019

UET UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION 2019

Applications are invited from the prospective candidates for admission in undergraduate programs at U.E.T. Lahore and its campuses. Receipt of applications shall start from Monday, 2nd September 2019. Only Punjab domiciled applicants are eligible to apply for open merit seats. However, seats reserved for children of overseas Pakistanis will be filled on All Pakistan basis.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants who appeared in the Combined Entry Test 2019 conducted by UET, Lahore on Sunday, 14-072019 are only eligible to apply.
• Applicants should have at least 60% marks in Intermediate/DAE or 2.5 out of 4.0 CGPA in B.Sc. Engg. Technology or equivalent as well as 50% aggregate marks.
• CGPA of B.Sc. Engg. Technology or equivalent degree will be converted to percentage according to prescribed formula given in the prospectus.
• Aggregate marks would be calculated by the formula: [{Academic Percentage marks} x 0.7] + [{Entry Test percentage} x 0.3].

FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. On-line application filling facility would be available from the UET admission portal http://admission.uet.edu.pk from 12:00 mid night of 2nd September 2019. Prospective applicants are advised to follow the steps described in the University Undergraduate Prospectus 2019 for filling of admission application.
2. The printout of filled application along with the documents as detailed in the prospectus shall be submitted at the designated locations within University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore on working days Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (with break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm and on Friday break from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm).
3. Any request to increase Intermediate marks, updated by BISE after rechecking of intermediate papers, will not be accepted after last date of submission of admission application, that is 16-09-2019.
4. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED VIA POST / COURIER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
