How to Apply for UET ECAT Test 2019 - Complete Guide

ECAT Test Registration Schedule 2019

University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (UET Lhr) has declared the Official Test Date for ECAT Test 2019. The ECAT test will be held on Sunday, 14 July 2019.

* ECAT Test tentatively take place in the middle of July each year. Registration for ECAT Test begins 5 weeks before that. After taking test and admissions, new batch start their classes at UET in the middle of October.

ECAT Test Registration Procedure/Method

The Application/Registration process for ECAT is as follows. The whole process is online and straight forward.

Step 1 Buy UET ECAT Token worth Rs. 700/- from any mentioned HBL Branches. ECAT Entry Test token will be available from 10th June 2019 to 2nd July 2019.


Here is the list of all Bank Branches, from where you can get these tokens for ECAT application 2019.



Step 2 Now go to UET Admission Portal and then click on "Entry Test Registration Form"






Step 3 Login at UET Admission Portal using the information given on your token (5 Digits Serial Number & 14 Digits Token Number provided on token purchased).






Step 4 Fill your personal details as required in the registration form.






Step 5 After filling all the details,  Now upload you Picture and select the nearest Test Center. Picture should be in JPG or PNG format and maximum size can be 1 MB. Picture should contain only you and a light background. Selected Test Center with caution because once selected it can not be changed. Choose the one which is nearest to you so you would reach easily at 9 A.M.

Step 6 After filling the form, uploading the picture and selecting your test center. Now you would be able to see your ADMIT CARD. It is mandatory for sitting in the test so make sure to print it out and take it with you on the test day.






Step 7 (Tips) Now get yourself prepared for the test, and reach your test center at 9 am on official test date. Make sure to leave the home as early as possible because on test day there is a lot of traffic around test centers because every year approximately 50,000 students take this combined entry test.

Ans: No it isn't necessary.You need to attempt those question for which you are sure.Any wrong answer will deduct your one.So be careful while attempting.Each single of ECAT is very important

Ans: ECAT is totally from your F.Sc. Textbook.You just need to focus on the each and every sentence and grab its concepts. Cramming will not help you any more.
